What exactly is “life coaching”?

A life coach helps people uncover issues and patterns that are negatively affecting their lives, set and reach goals and make decisions.

It’s kind of like therapy, but it’s more “action-oriented”. It’s about giving you concrete tools to apply to your life in a finite period of time so you can get on a path to fulfillment.

Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but it can be an extremely helpful add-on if you’re looking to make big, positive changes in your life.

For me, having a life coach is like having that one wise best friend who helps you see what’s really going on, instead of just jumping in your pool of misery … which may feel kind of good and validating for a minute, but doesn’t really help you shift out of said misery. Am I right?!

(And yes, even life coaches have life coaches. Sometimes we just need someone else to help us see what’s inside our own brain!)

What’s your coaching style?

My style of life coaching is all about deep personal connection and inner thought work.

I believe all areas of life - health, relationships, business, family, self-worth, & more - are affected by our thoughts and feelings.

I certified as a professional Life Coach at The Life Coach School with Brooke Castillo, where I learned proven methods that can help you become more mindful of your thoughts, patterns and behaviors and set you on a path towards meaningful, positive change.

Do I have to live in San Diego to coach with you?

Nope!

I coach people all over the world by using Zoom video conference. You book a time with me via my website, and together we meet online for our 45-minute coaching sessions.

“Comfy” clothes encouraged! Remember, I’m a mom of four, so, no judgement here.

How do I book time with you?

It’s easy to book online with Acuity Scheduling. Get started with a free 25-minute consultation. From there I’ll recommend the coaching package that’s right for you.
